Payments:

After receiving your order we will send you proforma invoice. Your order will be dispatched after payment is received.

Please note that all our prices are exclusive of 21% VAT. Please provide your VAT number in order to avoid VAT of 21% to be added to your order total.

Customer in the European Union will be charged VAT at 21%. If you are in the EU and are registered  VAT-payer we do not need to charge VAT but you will need to email. Please supply us with your full company name, registered location and VAT number. Customers outside of the EU do not pay VAT.

Delivery options:

1.  Your order can be delivered to your address by courier (DPD, Itella/DHL, EMS). Shipping cost is calculated individually for each order. Shipping costs vary depending on a variety of factors, from package measurements, shipment type, weight, location, and more. We choose the most optimal delivery option. 

2. Your order can be collected from our office (Noliktavu street 2, Dreilini, LV-2130, Latvia).
